Jodie’s personal training is supportive, personalised coaching designed to help you get stronger, healthier, and more confident, with structured sessions, clear guidance, and ongoing accountability to keep you progressing and feeling your best.

Jodie offers private sessions to help get you started and build confidence before joining classes or going it alone. Sessions can be at your home, at the gym, we can go for a walk, or even a swim at the local pool. Jodie meets you where you need, and guides you to where you want to go.
