This high‑rep strength session uses lighter weights to target all your major muscle groups individually. Each segment is built around fundamental movements like squats, lunges, deadlifts, rows and presses, creating a full‑body workout that builds muscular endurance and definition.

HIIT - HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Welcome to our High Intensity Interval Training class (HIIT), where fitness meets intensity! Get ready to torch calories and build cardiovascular fitness, in this short yet powerful session.
Led by Jodie, this heart pounding workout alternates between bursts of intense effort, and brief recovery periods. Perfect for all fitness levels, HIIT is designed to maximise efficiency and burn fat while improving overall endurance. Join me for a high energy, results driven class that will leave you exhilarated and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

FUNCTIONAL ENDURANCE
Train for strength, endurance, and real-world fitness. This class blends running intervals, sled work, carries, rowing, ski erg, and functional strength exercises into a challenging full-body workout. Built to improve engine, toughness, and performance, it is ideal for anyone wanting to get fitter, leaner, and better conditioned for fitness race style events. All movements can be adjusted to suit beginners through to advanced participants.

KIDS FITNESS
Welcome to the kids & teens strength and fitness class, a fun filled journey where young minds and bodies thrive. This class is designed to develop physical health and mental well being for kids and teens.
Through engaging exercises and games, participants develop not only physical strength and coordination, but also essential life skills such as team work and discipline.
The class focuses on age appropriate activities that enhance motor skills, foster confidence, and instil a love for an active lifestyle. Ages 9-14

BOXING
Expect a fast-paced cardiovascular workout using boxing pads and bodyweight exercises. Under my direction as a qualified instructor you will perform a series of boxing drills incorporating footwork and abdominal exercises.
To mix it up, we combine boxing moves with bodyweight exercises and cardio routines to give you a vigorous total body workout. We work in pairs but there is no physical contact between participants, the only contact is made with boxing gloves and the focus pads.

SENIORS (CHAIR EXERCISES)
Whether you're looking to maintain your mobility, improve balance & coordination, or simply enjoy moving your body in a safe and supportive environment. The sessions will be tailored to challenge your stability safely, helping reduce the risk of falls and improving everyday movement confidence.
Gentle resistance training keeps muscles strong and joints mobile, making it easier to stay active and independent. From getting out of a chair with ease to carrying groceries or enjoying a walk, these classes are designed to keep you doing what you love.

TOTAL BODY TONING

Low impact Pilates style sessions, these workout combines compound and isolation movements which target the entire body. Using your own bodyweight, booty & resistance bands, magic Pilates circles, yoga blocks, ankle weights and Swiss balls.
Tone and strengthen abs, arms, glutes, back and obliques. Increase balance, mobility & Improve your posture.

ABT - AB’s BOOTY & THIGHS
It’s all in the name! Come along and focus on those areas and embrace the burn. Focusing on these three areas with resistance exercises, this is a low-moderate intensity class.
With a mixture of bodyweight and weight-based exercises, this workout combines compound and isolation movements which target the core, legs and butt area. MEN'S FITNESS
Our Men’s Fitness classes are aimed at all fitness levels, beginners looking to start, couch potatoes, former footy stars, ex gym junkies, and anyone who is wanting to get back into fitness but needs a kick start.
Take back your health & become the best version of yourself through a variety of different fitness sessions including weights, boxing, HIIT, functional fitness and cardio sessions.

STRENGTH
Strength is open to adults of all ages and experience levels. The program is designed to build overall physical and mental strength, sculpt lean muscles, and enhance your overall well being. It doesn’t matter if you lift two kilos or one hundred kilos, the goal is to be stronger today than you were yesterday.
In this class we will build a strong body and extend your life by teaching you the importance of muscle for health and longevity. We track your progress recording the weights you do to guide progression
*Teens are welcome on an invite only basis depending on ability and maturity levels.
